Tysabri 300mg Injection contains the active substance natalizumab. It is used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS) in adult patients. It decreases the number of MS attacks and slows the worsening of disability associated with this condition. This Injection is also used to reduce symptoms and signs of Crohn’s disease. It is not recommended for adolescents and children below the age of 18 years.

MS is a chronic disorder that can affect the spinal cord, brain, and optic nerves in the eyes. Symptoms vary from person to person but typically include walking difficulties, feeling off-balance and visual difficulties (e.g., blurred or double vision). Crohn’s disease can cause inflammation in different areas of the digestive tract in different people and lead to abdominal pain, weight loss, tiredness, severe diarrhea, and malnutrition.
